If you have attended the Introduction to contact management course, or are familiar with managing contacts using CONTACTfile or ContactMaker, this is the course will extend your use of the program to the more unusual features. Bring your own laptop if you can. If you do, your installation will be upgraded to the lastest version free of charge.
