We all deal with contacts, but in very different ways. We'll make a database that reflects the way YOU work. We'll start with any of our standard products, and change it to match your specifications.

This is the way we do it:

1. Initial interview, creation of specification, and estimated cost
2. Our programmers will do the work according to their "best guess" and send you a copy for trial
3. You start to use it and make further requests as necessary
4. Your requests are attended to
5. You get an unlimited number of further opportunities to requests changes, so long as these are within the original specification
6. When satisfied, payment is due.

Furthermore....

• We guarantee to keep within 30% of the estimated price.
• We guarantee to sort out any "bugs" without further charge.
• A booklet-style user guide can be produced on request
