CONTACTfile upgrades : keeping your installation up-to-date
For existing users only CONTACTfile will, from time to time, be replaced with a newer version. These are free during the first year after the initial purchase. After that, 50% of the current purchase price will be payable (unless you are a suscriber, see below). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BACKUP YOUR DATA BEFORE UPGRADING.
Why not subscribe? Subscribe for just £100 per year per user, payable annually or in monthly instalments. Subscribers receive all updates free of charge,and unlimited online 1-to-1 help.
Upgrade from 4.3 (or later) to the same product, latest version:
1.	CONTACTfile: version 4.3x or later to version 5.2
2.	CONTACTfile with Office link: version 4.3x or later to version 5.2

To make a network location trusted:
7.	Use for CONTACTfile or ContactMaker when using data in a central location. Run the routine, and choose your network data directory as the installation directory
If you have an earlier version (4.0 to 4.2) then: backup your data, uninstall the current version, and reinstall in the normal way If you have an earlier version (earlier than 4.0) please contact your supplier, or call 01903 812332 for further advice.
